I do, as one person. Contact and identification details are in the footer of this page and in the section about your rights below.

I have no data protection officer and the law does not require one, because I process neither large volumes nor sensitive categories of data.

From the enquiry form: your name, email, company name (optional), project type, budget range and the text of your message. I hold exactly what you type in, and I do not make up or buy anything on top of it.

If you email or call me, I also have the content of that conversation and your phone number.

Server logs (IP address, time, browser type) are kept by the hosting provider. They are used only for operation and security.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not need your consent for this and I do not ask for it.

If we do sign a contract, I process the data to perform it and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

I do not use your data for marketing. The one exception is a review you explicitly allow me to publish (see below). I sell it to no one and I will not add you to any newsletter.

When a project is finished I send clients a link to a review form. From it I get your name, email, the review itself and, if you fill them in, your company, role and website. The email is only so I can get back to you and is never published.

I publish a review on this site only if you give explicit consent in the form, together with your name, role, company and a link to your website. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent the review is feedback for me and nothing more.

You can withdraw consent at any time: just write to me and I take the review down. I delete it from my inbox after three years, the same as enquiries.

Resend delivers the form email to me. Without it your message would not reach me.

Vercel hosts this site and its server side.

Websupport runs my mailbox, which is where your message ends up. It is a Slovak company.

Google gets data about your visit only if you accepted analytics. It never sees the content of your enquiry.

That is the whole list. Nobody else.

Resend and Vercel are companies based in the United States and part of the processing happens there. If you accepted analytics, Google belongs here too. Your email stays inside the European Union, because Websupport is a Slovak company. The transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

I write this here because you have a right to know. These are ordinary tools used by most of the web.

An enquiry that leads nowhere: three years from the last message, then deleted. I keep it so I can pick up the thread if you come back later.

If we work together, invoices and related records are kept for ten years, because accounting law requires it and I have no discretion there.

You have the right to know what data I hold, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing.

Just write to me. I will respond within one month, and since there is no department forwarding it around, usually much sooner.

If you believe I am handling it badly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava. But try me first. It will be faster.

On its own this site stores no cookies. Until you accept in the banner, the analytics script does not load at all and not a single request goes to Google.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 loads, operated by Google Ireland Limited. It stores cookies in your browser and processes which pages you viewed, for how long, from what device, roughly where from based on your IP address, and how you got here. I use it only to see what people are interested in.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s own storage. It never leaves your device and it is not a cookie. Without it I would have to ask you on every page load.

None. I read your messages myself and no machine or model decides anything concerning you.

When I change how I process data, I change this text and update the date above. I do not hide older versions.
