Svorník

A website for a construction company that builds turnkey houses and does renovations. I built it end to end and it runs live. I'm selling it to one firm: they get it with their name, projects, people and prices, on their own domain. Once sold, it disappears from here.

What's inside

Not a template for builders. Every section answers a question the investor asks before daring to call: what have you built, what did it cost, who will build mine, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Projects: a filterable grid of houses with town, year, area and build time
Projects with a filter. For every house: town, year, area and how many months it took.
Case study: facts, week-by-week schedule, a quote
A case study with a budget range and a week-by-week schedule. Construction sites don't have this.
What we build: three services with a price band per m²
Three things the company does end to end. With a price per m² and a duration, not a list of twelve services.
How it goes: six steps with deadlines
Six steps with deadlines you can check. Site visit within five days, a quote within ten.
A block for architects with its own button
A separate block for architects. Different language, different button — architects bring builders work.
Three-step inquiry: what you want, details, contact
A three-step inquiry. It qualifies: a builder doesn't want a hundred leads, it wants five serious ones.

On mobile

The investor opens the site on a phone in the evening, when someone sends them the link. That's where it has to fit best.

Why only one

A site used by a hundred firms is recognised by the investor on the first click. This one will belong to one construction company and nobody else. I won't sell it twice, not even in another colour.

Once sold, it leaves the offer. In my portfolio it stays only as your reference, with your name and your domain. And I won't sell it in the Žilina region, where I already have a client in the same trade.

03

What gets swapped for yours

Svorník is a made-up company. Every number on the demo is invented and is a contractual promise — the live version carries the ones you confirm.

How it goes

  1. 01

    You call or write

We agree on the price and I tell you what I need from you. If you're first, it's yours. If it's already sold, you'll know right away.

  2. 02

    You send the material

Photos of three to twelve projects, the numbers you stand behind, your people and contacts. No photos? I'll tell you what to shoot on your next site.

  3. 03

    It runs on your domain

I swap the content, wire the inquiry to your e-mail, deploy, and show you where to change what. Three months after launch I'm a phone call away.

05 · Price

Price by agreement. One sum for the whole site, no monthly fees from me. Domain and e-mail run on your own accounts.

Not a VAT payer, the price is final.

Svorník is a fictional construction company. Photos on the demo are from Unsplash and serve only as placeholders; the live version gets yours. Every number — warranties, prices, deadlines, house counts — is invented for the demo and gets replaced with yours on sale. People in the photos have no identifiable face and the names are fictional.
